We’re always looking for people with the right skills and more importantly the right attitude
Investing in apprenticeships is a great way for us to ensure we have both - a pipeline of skilled and talented workers who can help ensure Munro is as successful in the future as it is today.
Our apprenticeship programme enables young people to embark on a career in the building services industry and learn all aspects of our specialist trade. We sponsor a wide range of high-quality apprenticeships across many disciplines within the building services environment as well as core functions such as business administration and accounts.
In addition, we also offer apprenticeships to degree level, graduate and post-graduate qualifications as an alternative to the traditional higher education routes, providing a career path to management roles within the business and continued professional development.
As well as working with our own teams, you will have the chance to spend time with companies we partner with. What’s more, you will work towards an NVQ qualification supported by the National Apprenticeship Scheme’s on-the-job training. Apprenticeships are an ideal way to develop your skills and progress your career. If you are interested in an apprenticeship or technical training, submit your CV to email@example.com.
The Munro apprenticeship programme has been a huge success with many of our apprentices of the past, still part of our experienced technical and management team of today. Get in touch today for an opportunity to secure your future career.
Apprenticeship Success Story
Andy (pictured above) joined the Munro business 10 years ago, where he was taken on as an apprentice electrician and studied his City & Guilds Level 3 in Electrical Installations. During his 4 year apprenticeship, he was mentored and supported by a wide range of highly experienced colleagues.
Reflecting back to when Andy started and now having gained extensive experience, he comments “ I had exceptional access to technical knowledge through the team at Munro and the training and support provided was really well delivered. I can really appreciate that now when I look back at my time as an apprentice.”
Since he qualified, Andy has been promoted a further three times to; approved electrician; charge hand and now Electrical Site Foreman. He completed further additional training with Munro which included both Management and Testing and Inspection competencies.
